WeWork Japan、「ハタラクエール2026」にて 福利厚生推進法人を受賞

フレキシブルオフィス WeWork を日本国内で展開するWWJ株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長 兼 CEO：熊谷 慶太郎、以下「WeWork Japan*1」）は、福利厚生の充実や多様な働き方への配慮が評価され、一般社団法人福利厚生推進協議会が主催する「ハタラクエール（福利厚生表彰・認証制度）2026」において、福利厚生推進法人の表彰を受けたことをお知らせいたします。

厚生労働省が後援する「ハタラクエール」は、企業や団体における福利厚生の充実度を第三者が客観的に評価し、優れた取り組みを行っている企業を表彰・認証する制度です。

WeWork Japanでは、社員一人ひとりが多様な価値観を尊重しながら安心して働ける環境づくりを目指し、福利厚生の充実と活用促進に取り組んでまいりました。今回の受賞においては、特に「制度充実の軸」において高い評価をいただきました。「多様な従業員が働きやすい環境を整備するため、多くの制度を提供、更なる制度の新設・充実にも前向きに取り組まれ、時代の変化に合わせて福利厚生を整備されている点が今回の認証につながった」と講評をいただきました。

1. 福利厚生制度の利用促進と社内周知の強化

• 社内イントラネットや定期的な社内メールを通じた制度紹介・利用促進に注力。
• 福利厚生アカウントの作成率・使用率が前年比で大きく向上。

2. 多様な働き方への対応と配慮

• 介護、外国籍社員、LGBTQ、障がい者など、多様な背景を持つ社員への配慮が評価。
• 全社イントラネット・社内メールの日本語／英語併記、半期全社ミーティングでは逐次通訳を導入し、全社員の理解をサポート。

3. 働きながら安心して子育てできる職場づくり（くるみん認定）

• 2025年には厚生労働省より「くるみん認定 」を取得し、子育てと仕事の両立を支える仕組みの充実に取り組みも実施。

(“WeWork Japan*1”), the operator of WeWork’s flexible office spaces in Japan, today announced that it has been recognized as a “Welfare Promotion Corporation” under Hataraku Yell 2026, an award and certification program organized by the Japan Council for the Promotion of Employee Benefits. The recognition honors organizations that demonstrate outstanding efforts to enhance employee benefits and support diverse ways of working.

“Hataraku Yell” is an award and certification program in Japan that evaluates the quality of employee benefits offered by companies and organizations through an independent third-party review, and recognizes those with outstanding initiatives.

At WeWork Japan, we have worked to enhance employee benefits and promote their active use, with the goal of creating an environment where each employee can work with peace of mind while respecting diverse values. In connection with this award, WeWork Japan received particularly high marks for the strength and enhancement of its employee benefits programs. The review commented that the company offers a wide range of programs to create an environment in which diverse employees can work comfortably, takes a proactive approach to introducing and further enhancing such programs, and continues to develop employee benefits in line with changes in the times. These efforts were cited as a key reason for the certification.

1. Promotion of Employee Benefits Usage and Stronger Internal Awareness

• Focused on introducing employee benefit programs and encouraging their use through the internal intranet and regular internal email communications.
• Registration and usage rates for employee benefit program accounts increased significantly year over year.

2. Support for and Consideration of Diverse Ways of Working

• The company was recognized for its consideration for employees from diverse backgrounds, including employees with caregiving responsibilities, international employees, LGBTQ employees, and employees with disabilities.
• Japanese- and English-language communication is provided through the company-wide intranet and internal emails, and interpretation is provided at biannual company-wide meetings to support understanding among all employees.

3. Creating a Family-Friendly Workplace that Supports Working Parents (Kurumin Certification)

• In 2025, the Company obtained the “Kurumin Certification” from Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, in recognition of its efforts to enhance systems and initiatives that support employees in balancing childcare and work.
