一部のメディアにおいて、WeWork Inc.が、米連邦破産法第11条（CHAPTER11）の適用を申請する計画があるとの報道がなされております。皆様におかれましては、当社WeWork Japanへの影響について、ご心配をおかけしているものと存じます。

当社はWeWork Inc.、ソフトバンク株式会社などの共同出資による合弁会社であり、単独の法人として独立性をもった経営を行っております。当社が日本国内で運営する40拠点については、通常通り営業しております。また、これらの拠点は高い占有率を示しており、今後も変わらず営業を継続する予定で、閉鎖の予定はございません。

WeWork Japan GK is an independently operated joint venture company, jointly invested by WeWork Inc., SoftBank Corp. and others. Our 40 locations in Japan will continue to operate as usual. Our locations are well occupied, and we plan to continue operations in the future, with no plans to close them.
