      1. Items of personal data to be jointly used: customer’s name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, gender, occupation/department/position, details and status of contracts with us, and usage patterns/status of our services.
      2. Range of parties with whom the data will be jointly used: WeWork, Inc. group (including us, WeWork, Inc., and its affiliated companies). Please refer to our global company list for WeWork, Inc. group.
      3. Purpose of use by the parties engaged in joint use:
        The purposes of use mentioned in the above-mentioned utilization purposes for the personal data (purposes 1, 2, and 3).

Records of entry and exit from various locations, office spaces, shared spaces, meeting rooms, and other spaces (referred to as “Flexible Offices”), using the member’s access card key (including but not limited to the date, time, location, and registration number of the access card key, as well as the member’s name.).
        2. Information regarding the member’s reservation or usage of meeting rooms (including but not limited to the date, time, location, and name.).
        3. Information regarding reservations or check-ins of visitors planned by the member (including but not limited to the date, time, location, and name.).
        4. Information regarding reservations or usage of dedicated desks by the member (including but not limited to the date, time, location, and name.).
        5. Usage records of the member at each location within the Flexible Offices, which are confirmed and organized from recorded videos for security reasons (including but not limited to usage records of desks or specific office spaces, locations, or shared spaces.).
        6. In addition to the above, other information related to the member’s usage of our services.
      2. Range of parties with whom the data will be jointly used:Affiliated Members of the member’s organization (including parent companies or subsidiaries of the member’s organization, or other group companies).
      3. Purpose of use by the parties engaged in joint use:
        1. Understanding the actual usage of our services by the member.
        2. Managing the security of the member and Flexible Offices.
        3. Analyzing the usage of Flexible Offices (including but not limited to behavioral analysis, analysis of usage methods, patterns, or conditions of Flexible Offices.).

  • Handling of anonymized personal information:

  • If we receive a request or inquiry from our customers regarding their personal information, such as disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, deletion, cessation of third-party provision, or notification of purposes of use, we will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
