Frequently asked questions
This section answers common questions about the pilot program, with some important notes for WeWork members.
What is this program? Why is it a pilot?
This program is a pilot initiative separate from existing WeWork memberships, designed to explore new ways of utilizing partner spaces that better reflect the unique appeal of each location.

It uses “WORKUS” (for individuals), a workspace reservation service provided by OfaaS Corp. Registration is required to use the service.

Please note:

- The existing WeWork member app and member web portal cannot be used
- Even WeWork members will be charged separately from their regular membership (payment is required at the time of booking)
- Payment must be made by the user
- Receipts can be issued via the WORKUS platform

Through this pilot, we aim to improve the service based on user feedback and eventually launch a full-scale offering.
Who provides this service?
This program is offered by WeWork Japan (WWJ Corp.) in partnership with JTB Inbound Trip Co., Ltd.

Reservations are managed through the coworking space booking app “WORKUS” (for individuals), provided by OfaaS Corp.

As a first step, the lounge at Southwest Grand Hotel in Naha, Okinawa is being offered as part of this program.

¥6,600 (incl. tax) per day, per booking
