Important Details for All Access Plus Application

Temporary measures due to the system switchover

Due to our system updates, the earliest you would complete the contract and start using All Access Plus for which you are going to apply will be June 10, 2025 or later. The following “final confirmation email” will also be sent on June 9, 2025 or later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Conclusion of Contract and Start of Use

After you submit the form on this page, WeWork will send you an e-mail for the final confirmation of the contract on June 9th or later. After signing the contract, please stop by the nearest WeWork location in Japan (All Access Plus location) during business hours on weekdays to pick up your key card. When you pick up your key card, you will need to present a photo ID issued by a public institution. If you need to sign up more than 5 people, or if you have any questions about the procedure, please contact us using the inquiry form on the upper right corner of this page. Please note that due to the nature of this product All Access Plus, in some cases you may not be able to book & use your desired location if it’s already fully booked on the date you wish to use.

Payment

WeWork All Access membership fee, JPY42,900 (tax included) per membership per month, will be automatically deducted from your credit card on the first day of each month. We will not charge your credit card for the month in which you sign up, unless you contact japan-aaj-community@wework.co.jp at least five (5) days prior to the last day of the month and cancel in accordance with the WeWork All Access Membership Terms and Conditions. Your credit card will be registered at the final process of your contract. Your initial payment may be lower than the amount mentioned above as you will be charged a pro-rated amount from the date of signing the contract to the end of the current month.

When is the earliest I can start using the service?
After submitting this application form, you will receive an email on June 9th or later regarding the finalization of your contract. Once you have signed the contract and received your key card, you will be able to start using the service. Please note that due to the nature of the service, if the location you wish to use is already fully booked on the date you wish to use, you may not be able to use the service.
