Frequently Asked Questions About All Access

I want to use it right away. When is the earliest?
After submitting the All Access application form, you will receive an email on or after the next business day regarding the final procedures for your contract. After signing the contract with the email and receiving the key card at a location one the next business day of it, you will be able to start using the service. Please note that due to the nature of the service, if the location you wish to use is already fully booked on the date you wish to use, you may not be able to use the service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Customers who apply through the All Access application form can use credit cards. If you would like to use other payment methods, please contact us using the inquiry form at the top right of this page.
When will the credit card transaction happen?
The first day of each month is the credit card transaction date.
If the payment fails on the 1st due to expiration or other reasons, the payment will be automatically made on the 5th, 10th, and 21st of each month after that.
If you sign up in the middle of the month, an invoice will be issued and credit card payment will be made on the date your contract begins.
Can I use WeWork locations in other countries & regions as well as Japan locations?
Please check the link at the bottom of the page for available countries.
China and Hong Kong: Applications must be sent to our support team ( japan-aaj-community@wework.co.jp ) at least 10 business days prior to use.
Taiwan: Not available for Japan All Access contracts.
When in a day can I book & use WeWork locations?
You can use our locations during weekday business hours. To find out each one of locations' business hours, please click the link at the bottom of this page to go to the detailed page of each location and check the “Floor Information” section at the bottom of the page.
(Please note that Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.)
Can I receive physical mails or parcels at any of the locations?
As All Access is a free address plan with no legal registration, you will not be able to receive mails or deliveries.
Also, you can't put your WeWork address on your company's website or your business cards. If you wish to use one of our locations for it, please consider signing up for a different plan such as Dedicated Desk.
What is the process after signing the contract?
After completing your contract, please download the WeWork smartphone app and book a desk for your first desired day of use. On the day of your first use, please come to the location during business hours with an official photo ID. Our community team will issue you a key card.
After signing up, you will receive a welcome email with a user guide and instructions, so please review it before you start using our services.
Can I invite guests at any of the locations?
Invitations can be made by reserving a conference room and pre-registering your guests. Invitations are only available during the reserved meeting room time.
Please be sure to use the conference room in the presence of a member, as we are not able to invite guests to use the lounge area or guests alone.
Can you issue a receipt?
Please contact our support team ( japan-aaj-community@wework.co.jp ) for it after signing the contract.
